This hotel was excellent...as always as expected from the hyatt! I loved the most. Was the location close to the city yet not in the chaos.
The location is right off the highway. You must know where you going because is very easy to miss the entrance and if you do you missed it than its a long way around. My room was located next to the elevator so every tim the elevator went up or down it.

There was no hot water to shower wit. Had to take cold shower.. The inside pool was dirty n cold. Main reason for staying was inside pool. Ask for some of my money back. They said no because I book through Priceline . Charge a XXX.
Not worth the money for the service.

Breakfast was very good. Good spread of food.
Blood on wall of hotel room upon arrival, had to ask front desk twice to have it cleaned.
Pros: 20- 30 min from NY City. Many stores and food locations in immediate area of hotel. Free parking. Free breakfast. Cons: Hotel room was not cleaned appropriately upon arrival. Had to ask to have it cleaned. Hotel is currently under renovation. Pool could have been cleaner.

the staff was helpful & courteous
choose this hotel because I wanted a above average place for my family to have a mini-vacation. The rooms have been recently renovated and look nice. But the shower did not work, there was a general dirtiness about the room & pool. Not worh extra money.

Large room and comfortable bed-pillows.
Poor signage, no complementary coffee after 10am, no paper, crowded self serve and breakfast area.
Very small lobby area. Lobby furniture was old and worn with stained fabric seats. Exterior signage very poor-missed it first time. Poor self serve breakfast area layout. I would not stay there again. Over rated.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The breakfast area was right in the front lobby within a few feet of checkin.
Great price and the location was perfect for me. The staff was very friendly. The hotel used to be an all-suites hotel so the rooms are large. The area where breakfast was set out was a small room so not easy to get your food. Pulling out of the parking lot can be tricky as the hotel is located on Route 4 approx 100 ft from the split off to 208. My room faced the Highway but really didn't hear any traffic noise. ...

The layout of the room was outstanding. The free breakfast was good too.
The AC was kind of loud every time it came on.
A very nice hotel with excellent amenities for the average traveler. The room layout was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good too.
