Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, but they seem shorthanded. The lady at check in was having toto be bartender as well. Location is great!!!!
Was supposed to be a smoke free building. Reeked of cigarettes and weed. They did not get it under control. Woke up to the smell again and a dog yapping non stop! I never complain, but did that day. $$$ for that!Awful!!! It was my wedding night:(

Great location!!!! Kinda pricey for what u get. Very angry over the smell of weed and cigarettes the entire time. Lots of people complaining thru out hotel about this because it was supposed to be a smoke free building. Worse than that, was waking up to a yapping dog. I did not pay that much money for that. I get woke up by neighbors dog every day, I was looking forward to some peace. Nope. Cigarettes and dog. They should have gotten control over it since it started at 4pm previous day. Prom kids....We r not uptight people, but it was ridiculous bad!!!. It was our wedding night so we were wanting something nice. ...read more

Sadie at the front desk is fantastic for a chat, she gave us a great recommendation for a Mexican restaurant nearby and it ended up being a highlight of our time in Fort Worth.

The hotel was clean and had a nice western atmosphere. We really liked the layout of the room and the beds were comfortable.

This was our first visit to Texas and we couldn't have found a better location to stay at. We enjoyed the restaurants, shops and the cattle drives...very fun! We found the hotel was very accessable from anywhere we went and easy to find. We will definitely stay there again.

You can walk to eating and shopping and see the lights from the room. The room was spacious and set up well and the TV had lots of movie choices.
No but someone might want to know to drop everything off up front first instead of parking and dragging it all thru the parking lot and thru the gate and across the St to the back door.

Free parking. Handy in downtown ft. Worth. Very nice room in new hotel. Good breakfast. helpful and quick staff. Spoke english! Great weekend getaway with plenty of room to spread out and bunches of movies to watch while munching on the 24/7 snacks and I don't mean crackers and pb. Only thing they could have fixed was apiece of ceiling tile trim was missing but I didn't notice til I laid down. ...read more
