Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place Houston/Sugar Land
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

This hotel is hidden away on a island with a beautiful walking bridge that goes across the lake to a lot of restaurants. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to Sugar Land town square and the First Colony mall. More stores, restaurants and clubs than you can try in a week. Very quiet location and rooms. Very large screen TV in each room with rentals of some of the latest movies that are not on DVD yet. ...

i like the manager to know that the Front Desk Clerk JENNIFER was excellent. Not only she did her job well, She knew sign language and used it with me and 3 other deaf people. That was really a plus in service. Please put in a good word on my behalf about her. She deserved to be recognized.

Free wifi was good. I liked the breakfast (although the oatmeal was thicker than even I like it!) If I was a business traveler, this would be tops on my list in this price range. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was big for the room (that's a major plus in my book), and the Hyatt panel made watching Netflix super easy from my laptop with an HDMI cable.

asked for a toothbrush, but they couldn't send it up.
I had to go down to front desk to get it myself.
