Was too expensive for this particular hotel. I've stayed at nicer hotels for under $100 through priceline. This hotel claimed to have a 24hr kitchen, but couldnt make the things we wanted. Every drink we asked for at the bar, they were out of. Out of red
Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I will use this hotel in the future. I really like the staff's sincere interaction with the customers.

The open floor plan and staff.
Half of the channels didn't work, one of the shades was missing the baton to draw it closed, the restaurant did not have guacamole said they would credit my bill, but did not. The shower constantly driped.

Only one elevator working the entire time we were there.
This hotel is top notch. Good breakfast, with many selections, not just basics. The room was very comfortable and roomy.

They charge you for extra stuff after you leave.
They charged my credit card after I left, claiming that I smoked in the room...And guess what? I don't smoke. Asked them to reverse the charges, they claimed they did. But my bank has no record of them and I had to file a fraud claim. They take advantage of out of towner's. Will never go back there again.

Fragrance in convenience van was overwhelming. There was a similar fragrance in lobby. Bad!
