Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. They charged my credit card after I left, claiming that I smoked in the room...And guess what? I don't smoke. Asked them to reverse the charges, they claimed they did. But my bank has no record of them and I had to file a fraud claim. They take advantage of out of towner's. Will never go back there again.

Good quality large room, with comfortable beds. As a whole a fresh hotel. A bit "off" location in a business district. Airplanes pass by very close to the hotel, but we were not really disturbed by this. We were however a bit disturbed by noise from the corridor outside our room. People were talking loudly and banging doors for quite a while in the evening/night. We had very nice and warm weather but as the pool was not heated, the water was simply too cold for a swim - a big minus particularly in the view of our kids. Also a big minus for the free breakfast and breakfast area. It was a complete mess - too small, no spots available to sit, and full of people trying to grab whatever they could reach. Supplies were constantly running low although the personnel tried to keep up and re-fill. Would personally much rather pay for the breakfast and have it under better conditions. Not sure if there were any decent breakfast bars in the neighborhood. There is a Burger King next to the hotel. ...

The hotel is located little far from main Miami city. However the good part is that you get parking and breakfast for free. Ample parking space. Breakfast is OK, could be improved. Rooms are nice and clean. The TV size is big. However most channels are paid. We did not watch TV as we were tired after day long sight-seeing, so that wasnt a problem for us. The bed is comfortable and we could get a sound sleep. ...

Shower was stopped up and staff was unable to resolve problem until next morning. Kids playing in pool
making a lot of noise in the morning. It took at least 20 minutes for staff o take care of the problem.
