The best thing about this hotel was actually the continental breakfast. I've stayed in dozens of hotels and have traveled a lot. This breakfast had a nice mix of breakfast sandwiches, bakery items, donuts, cereal, great oatmeal, fruit and juices.
Staff was hit or miss. A few people were super friendly and nice to my kids, but they didn't seem very interested in offering me options because they knew I booked this through priceline. I asked if they had two beds available, and they didn't even look.

the staff did not have supplies. the hotel advertise a Jacuzzi , which they did not have. Breakfast consisted if oatmeal and yogurt. 24/7 Kitchen was advertised but it clised @ 10

This was a great hotel. I was pleasantly surprise at the size of the room. It was so nice to have a refrigerator and real coffee cups.
Everything was Great
I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very large clean and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. I also like the size of the rooms. I like the couch, and how it seems like a studio apartment.

Internet connection kept having to be reset
Upscale hotel, very nice room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast buffet, cut above normal. Very fast and easy internet connection, and plentiful outlets. However, internet connection had to keep being reset on laptop when no activity for about 30 minutes

Staff was very courteous and overall look of hotel was very clean and contemporary. Spacious rooms.
There was a big selection for the continental breakfast but some of the hot food wasn't so fresh. Tasted as though it was reheated from previous day.
I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again and would recommend others to as well. It was a comfortable nights sleep and the rooms were very inviting.

I love the rooms, the breakfast and the fact that there is a Bar in the lobby.
I love this hotel. Love the spacious rooms. The lobby is great as well! And the breakfast has such a great selection.
