Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place New Orleans Convention Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(17) | Solo Traveler(19) | Traveling as Couple(39) | Family with Young Children(8) | Family with Teens(8) | Senior Traveler(4)

I love the rooms here. The staff is also very nice. The breakfast usually has a few tasty items.
I've stayed there before, so I wasn't unaware of it, but rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors can be noisy in the morning because of breakfast. I would prefer to be further away if I was sleeping in. I also wish that there were vending machines.
This a reliably nice, comfortable and convenient hotel for anyone needing to be in Convention Center area of New Orleans.

The staff were extremely helpful. The entire hotel was very clean & the free amenities were much appreciated (especially breakfast and wi-fi).
The only thing that was noticeable was that sound tends to carry pretty easily throughout the hotel. If you're a light sleeper, you'll probably be awakened by breakfast attendees.
This hotel was fantastic!

Customer service was off the charts good. I like the location, the breakfast, the lobby and business center. The hotel feels very secure as it has key card access to limit the possibility of unauthorized entry.
No microwave in room. The cheesecake in the lobby had been there a while as the top was dried out. Pancakes and French toast were done well in advance and seemed like really cheap for this level of hotel.
Great hotel near the Convention Center with full breakfast included. The hotel has been recently totally renovated, the rooms are nice. The king room I stayed in had a large shower, not the typical shower tub combo.
