Rooms were clean and functional.
Reception staff were not friendly. It was very disappointing that the price dropped dramatically as time approached. The Priceline call center staff was not that helpful.
Pros: Very clean, functional. Quiet. Breakfast included. Cafeteria staff was friendly. Cons: Somewhat far from the main district in French Quarter. Receptionist were not that friendly.

It was near wheren I needed to be.
I should not have had to pay for public parking. The hotel should have provided parking for their guests. The price of the room was to much!
Be ready to pay big bucks for parking!!!!!!!!

We did get stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes and did not get a speedy response from the hotel concerning this. It was like it was no big deal. The phone line in the elevator was cut.

Valet from the moment we arrived took care of our auto professionally. Cleaning staff did not rush to clean before we were ready but kept the room immaculate.

The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was better than most I have had at other hotels.
It is a long hike to the French Quarter's main streets.

The breakfast is amazing!! Although sometimes they don't have enough spoon, plates, or cups for all people, food overall is really delicious!! We all love its breakfast.
They don't have their own parking lot, so we parked our car in the parking garage one street next to them. It's okay, but it will be better if they have their own.
Actually, we like this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is not so near the French quarter, it will take 5-10 minute to walk if you don't want to drive there. But, it is not a problem for us. The breakfast is awesome, and everything is delicious. The room is clean and bright. The elevator is secured and let us feel safe. I think we'd come again next time.
