Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place New Orleans Convention Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 18, 2013

Family Traveling with Young Children
The room was great, and all areas were clean. The staff was helpful and polite, and my family loved the breakfast. Some people may not like the parking, but it was fine to me. We had a great experience there.

We lucked out and found parking on the street, which saved money each night (try to do that if you can, or else you pay $25+ for parking). The breakfasts were SO good; completely unexpected - much more than a continental muffin/juice bar. The staff was genuinely friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Really really great experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff...breakfast staff, not so much. Hotel was very clean and within walking distance of what our little family wanted to do. Love the Hyatt Place in Nola. The only thing we did not like was breakfast was nearly gone both mornings (served 7-10 AM and we got there around 9 both mornings). The staff did not replenish the food or dishes in a timely manner leaving tons of hungry guests. Our family also unknowingly booked our hotel stay during the weekend of the Venezualan elections hosted right across the street at the convention center, so the front lobby and streets were always packed with people, which was not the hotel's fault, but a little inconvenient for a family with two young children. Overall it was a great hotel and we would come back for sure.
