I stayed there 4 nights and had to change my room 3 times. first night I was woke up by the freeway outside my room at 5:30 am, the second room had no hot water, the 3rd room they shut off the water and made me move to another building. I was not

Hyatt Place was awesome!!! The staff was truly amazing and shuttled us wherever we needed to go. The staff mademy stay truly delightful.

The hotel is located in a prime spot next to Ontario Mills. The free hot meal breakfast is great and delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No complaint here.

A great place, nice breakfast, what I totally enjoyed was eating with real plates and utensils a nice variety of hot and cold foods and a toaster that actually toasts the bread. A friendly staff, a well run operation.
