Although it's a small hotel, they provide extra sofa bed in their rooms & free breakfast.

My stay at the Hyatt in Ontario was great. The room accommodations were grand, and it was right by the airport, shopping center, and many other places.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay. Everything was excellent.

The Hyatt stands true to their name of first class hotel. The decor was excellent, and it made me feel like I was in one of the five star hotels in Las Vegas.

This hotel staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. We love this place.
No microwave in rooms.

This hotel is amazing, great location, love the staff they are always so helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping group and the maintenance people. The beds are very comfortable, the TV is the biggest one i have seen in all the hotels i have stayed in. They are very clean.

Surprisingly quiet considering the busy location. Lots of dining options nearby. Friendly, helpful staff.
The continental breakfast was not great, OK at best. Toast and cereal were the best items available.

I liked the hotel. It was a good value, the rate was reasonable plus we got $15/day food credit plus a bottle of wine every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was standard Hyatt Place, separate sleeping and living area big TV. It's probably my favorite mid level hotel chain.

Location is nice. It's near lots of shopping and restaurants.
Breakfast area was closed before 10:00 so we did not get breakfast. :(
