Carpet and pool area not very clean. Breakfast better on Saturday.

Price was great. Located close to shopping and restaraunts. Room was spacious and clean.

Has a nice hot breakfast. You can walk to many restaurants or take the i-ride trolley. Although, walking seems to be easier. Rooms are nice because they have a sitting area and desk. Nice to vacation with a friend. Both can have their own space. The room is specious though the bathroom with tub and toilet is small. Nice TV. It even had refrigerator. It was clean, and the staff is very nice. The pool was small, but the breakfast was good and public areas were good. Very convenient location.

It seems to be a good hotel but it was very crowd because of the spring break period and I had a lot of problems. I had made a choice of 2 beds but when I arrived they gave to me a King Bed room. I told that I was with my 2 kids and after some time they decided to give me a 2 Bed room but I would have to wait because it needed to be clean. I left my baggage and I went shopping but when I arrived at night another surprise...they gave me a king bed room. I complain a lot and they said that a 2 bed room would be available on the next day. Unfortunately it was not true. I have to sleep at a sleeping couch!!!! The breakfast was another problem. At the pictures there are options of hot sandwiches and waffles. I stayed for 6 nights and never saw one of this options. Another problem was the lines to serve the food. I had some problems with the housekeeping. One day I arrived late and there was no bed sheets to my sleeping couch, 2 days and there were just 2 bath towels(for 4 people) and one day there was no toilet paper. The hotel was clean but the rooms and furnishings were tired.

If you are counting on the free breakfast... DON'T! There were over 100 people in line, and I only wanted coffee. I gave up on the coffee and checked out and went to a restaurant! It is unclean. Iwould classify this a TWO star! And I ALWAYS stay in Hyatt Place hotels! It was awful!
