Everything! The room was nice, the staff was excellent, free parking and breakfast.
The bathroom was a little small.
The staff goes above and beyond for guests. Very friendly and helpful. During the breakfast they spoke to my son every morning asking him about his day before at the parks, and they remembered his name. He felt like he had his own friend there.

Very roomy.
Extra charges that later got reimbursed. Breakfast could have been better.
Very close to Universal. Used shuttle and walked. No problem. TGIFs was on the corner. Nice room. Nice staff. Breakfast was OK.

Everything was great. The location, room was spacious, breakfast was great. We sometimes walked to Universal Studios even though there was a shuttle. Great that there was free wifi all over the hotel.
If I had to say anthing bad it was that the pool,although it was supposed to be heated, was cold.
The rooms were a good size as there was an area with a couch in addition to the two beds. Having a fridge was nice to keep beverages cold. Lots to eat at breakfast time although it coudl get crowded. They let us check in early as the room was ready before the 3 pm check-in time. We then walked over to Universal Studios City Walk

Aside from being all around awesome, this hotel had a nice complimentary breakfast, was very clean, and staff that made sure to give me a grand tour upon arrival to make sure that I was aware of all the amenities.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Room smelled musky, beds were not very comfortable. A/C unit would randomly turn off and on in the middle of the night despite cold setting. It was hot and I kept having to get up at night to reset. Obviously broken or old!

Nice and clean room, excellent staff
I only wish it stated a little more clearly shuttle service hours when searching online; they were quite limited but it did not hinder my stay.
The room was a generous size and very clean. The staff was excellent, from check in to cafe service; they made our visit quite enjoyable.

The hotel room was huge and comfortable. Free parking was great, free breakfast was ok but free. The location of the hotel was great too.
