Was right off freeway, which worked well for us. Staff were so friendly and exceptional customer service with everyone we came in contact with. Would highly recommend to others because of this!
Would like more local information be made available about what is around us! Free Wi-Fi worked.
Easy to find and see from freeway, within mile from local restaurant's and shops. Some closed early, which surprised us - like 10pm (?). Very surprising for chain restaurant. Went to local store/ Fry's for food as we arrived at 1030pm. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Cheered us up after a long day/drive and exhausted, thank you!

Much more than I was expecting! Great, friendly staff, clean, safe, very comfortable rooms, close to Discovery Park and blocks away from convenient shopping and dining, but still maintains a townish rather than city feel. Highly recommend!
No complaints...only thing I can think of was the pool was a little small, but it was adequate and there was always an open chair/lounger as well as room in the pool.
Great location in regard to food, shopping, parks and rec recabout a half hour from Phoenix.

The room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is by clean and modern. The breakfast was tasty. It was a great experience.
Wished we had known how small the swimming pool was since that was one of the major reasons for the trip. It was also rather south of everything except San Tan village, but since it was on the 202 it was not too bad.
Great hotel! Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful experience Priceline booked us a great deal at the Hyatt.We had a beautiful room which was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.The staff was so nice Aaron checked us in he was wonderful and at check out they are great.
The overall experience was great.The complimentary breakfast was very nice,however the menu selection was limited.Room service was fast but food was average.We did order at 3am so you should take that in to consideration,prices were fair.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.The location is near dining and an outdoor mall.The rooms are large and well stocked.The breakfast is nice but room service menu mainly consists of sandwiches pizza and salad. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

No microwave in room. Very inconvenient, as we stayed several days and had food with us. Also, although food can be ordered from the mini kitchen, you have to go and pick it up yourself. No room delivery.
Excellent mall with cinema 1/2 mile away.
