Excellent staff. Joey helped us with a late check-in, and he was wonderful -accommodating and suggesting places to eat. Breakfast included in the morning that offered a nice spread.
The sofa in the room was shabby, looking quite worn spots and had fraying edges. The carpeting was sticky (definitely not a hotel room to walk around barefoot!); I learned the hard way. The carpet also showed dark stains. It was dingy and gross.

For a Hyatt, I expected better. The lobby looked very nice, and the staff was so friendly. However, when we got to our room, we were disgusted. It was old and clearly showed it. It was evident the cleaning staff had attempted to clean it, but the carpeting was quite sticky, worn and stained. I dont think even a good shampoo would have helped. The sofa should have been headed for the garbage dump instead of placed inside a hotel room - it was stained, worn, dirty. I didnt even want to set my suitcase on top of it. Also, the bed was saggy and old. The outlet next to the bed was so affected that my phone charger plug wouldnt even stay put, but kept falling out. We very gingerly climbed into bed, praying there were no bed bugs (and there were none that we encountered). Yes the hotel met all expectations and the staff was awesome!
No problems noted.

The hotel water pressure could be better but the overall experience was great.

The hotel staff was superb! I was so pleasantly surprised by everyone that greeted us daily and the service we received. I have stayed in 5 star resorts where the service wasn't as good as it was here. Alexia was fabulous.
Everything was better than I had expected.

Great breakfast, updated hotel, clean rooms and fabulous staff. All positives from this stay!

The breakfast.
The hotel furniture was dirty and nicked up.

The hotel was very average. The woman at the front desk was nice but a little snappy. The rest of the staff was nice. The furnture was so nicked up and the lobby furniture was plain dirty. The foot rest in our room had a huge iron mark on it.

Very courteous staff, clean kept hotel and suites. Location is near many thing including a mall!! Great shopping!! Rooms are exactly as pictured on Priceline! Great!
Need ice machine on every floor instead of 2 out of 6 floors.

Bathroom was small
