Great size room, awesome shower, lots of great comfy chairs and tables situated throughout the hotel to sit and just relax, great wi-fi connection. The front desk staff were always helpful, giving us directions to various places.
The lack of soundproofing, I could hear the neighbour slamming drawers, and banging around next door. The cleanliness of the room was not the greatest.

The location was great for us, it was so nice walking around the hotel, I felt safe. There were many great shops nearby. (Ikea, Maurice's, Ross, Marshall's, Starbucks, Red Robin, Pizanos pizza had amazing pizza, and very affordable. The front desk staff was very helpful giving us printed off directions to various locations. Tim the Maintenance man was so friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the lack of soundproofing, and when I went to open up the of sofa bed for my daughters, the sheets and pillowcases had black hairs on it, making me feel like they hadn't changed the sheets from the last guests, and the same when I checked the main bed. The room was extremely cold and the heating unit made a lot of noise and didn't put out heat. We were put in the last room by the outside door, so there was noise

Clean, up to date facilities, friendly staff, lots of free services.
Temperature of room was hard to keep comfortable. Temperature went from cold to hot to cold to hot, making it hard to sleep.

The person at the desk gave me a tour and was very helpful.
The hairs on the bathroom floor.

It was very classy. We had a great breakfast! Comfortable bed and nice big bath area.

Location made it easy for access to get to the golf courses and entertainment we had planned.
Breakfast could start a little earlier.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location to get to any location in the Portland area. Relaxing, clean and comfortable rooms.
