Very helpful staff.
I was surprise to find an outdated computer and printer at such a coveted hotel. I couldn't open a simple word file and printer was just black and white ink.

Very nice location, inside the shopping area , within walking distance Target, Mc and other retailers. just off of the 64/95. Rooms well maintained. Very helpful staff.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I had been driving for 8 hours the day I checked in and was met with kind people at the desk even though it was 11:30 p.m. I loved my room and having breakfast available in the lobby was fantastic.
Everything was fantastic.

This Hyatt is right off the 64 freeway out of Richmond. Although it says it is by the airport (it is less than 10 minutes away), there is no noise from the airport or the freeway. The hotel is located on the end of a shopping/eating area with many stores for shopping and restaurants. There is an exercise room and a free breakfast with a multitude of choices to eat and drink to start your day. I would definitely stay here again as the staff was always most helpful and kind. The staff was helpful and did well considering it was snowing hard and things were less than ideal for a traveler
I was disappointed that the pool and fitness rooms were closed.

It was a good experience and the shuttle to the airport was a wonderful feature. I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable rooms with a good location close to the airport and shopping.Overall, the staff was friendly.
Noisy parties going on down the 1st floor. Rude help fixing breakfast.

The room was small but nice. It was in a decent area.
The staff was terrible. They were very rude. It was hard to get their attention. The front desk is also a bar. I asked them if they had any rooms with two beds available and they Told me "not for you, you booked through priceline" :(

Could be a good hotel but the staff left much to be desired. The breakfast was cold and sad.

Amazing for the price. Will definitely keep me in the "Priceline" camp.
The room we were given was not ready - unmade, used bed, used towels, glasses everywhere. Had to go back to the desk, wait until someone came to help me and were given another room - but we were tired and we're old!

I'd recommend booking using Priceline. I trust the hotel will rectify the unfortunate situation we encountered when checking in.
