A little concerned about the security of our vehicles in the hotel parking lot. On two seperate occasions we have stayed there including this one, there has been vehicles vandalized and broken into in the hotel parking area other than that it's great

The staff that checked me in were very helpful and seemed genuinely eager to make sure my stay was the best it could be. The room was absolutely more than I expected, very spacious and comfortable.
The turnaround you have to do to get to the entrance from the highway.
The staff is amazing and eager to help. The room I had was spacious and comfortable; it really felt like a little home away from home!

The room was always kept very clean. My compliments to the Housekeeping Staff. Gave a compliment to the manager of the person who kept our room clean and in order but wanted to mention it here too.
Really would have preferred queen beds, but we made due.

Great rooms . . . staff bent over backwards to be helpful. This is on my list for every visit to San Antonio. I would recommend it to families, singles, anyone.
This is a great hotel with a wonderful location. The location was even better than I had hoped. The room was HUGE and very, very comfortable. This is where I am coming back to.

Hotel room accommodations were good.
Hotel did have unexpected shortfalls. Room did not have hot water to shower, refrigerator did not work, and t.v. remote did not work. Inconvenient occurrances when traveling with children.
Staff was courtious during unexpected issues, but unable to resolve issues.

Breakfast was a little disappointing -- selections and fruit was sour (not eatable).
We were quite satisfied,
appreciative of all the friendly and helpful personnel. Room was clean and very comfortable. We have already recommended other individuals to stay at this location when going to the San Antonio area.

Very nice rooms. Very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you had to pay for everything on TV even the music. We got basic channels but I have never had to pay for the music. Nice bar and food serving that is open 24 hrs.
We had to pay for channels including music.
It was easy to find, but the normal airport are would be off 410 this hotel was off 281. It was very close to nice restaurants, shopping areas and a movie theater. I will return again.
