It's very modern not the same boring hotel rooms I'm used to seeing.

No microwaves.

I would recommend this hotel to many people I know.

Can't think of a thing..

No ice machines except the 5th floor, otherwise have to go to desk to ask for ice. I'm surprised they didn't charge me!!

Location, staff's attitude, breakfast, room design, mattress comfort, handicapped parking on the rear parking lot, and cleanliness of entire property!

Not long enough to find any faults, all went very well.

Business oriented, friendly staff, clean property, cozy, and great location. Took me 25 min to go across town because of the convenient location by freeway. Restaurants were easy to drive even when we were avoiding to freeway.

Staff members at arrival and departure were friendly. Staff members dealing with my refund have not been helpful.

You need more vegan food options. Maybe the addition of soy milk to your breakfast options.
