Staff was very nice and helprul.
The PET FEE is XXX. More than the cost of the room. VERY UNHAPPY that Priceline did not disclose this. Don't know if this is Priceline or Hyatt's problem, but will most likely NEVER use Priceline again.

The staff was extremely FRIENDLY! The bed was very comfortable and the room was REALLY CLEAN!!!!!
The breakfast food was good in the morning..but for someone who is allergic to eggs, kind of limits you. BUT that is NOT a complaint,....against the hotel.

The hotel is located behind a few restuarants; one being Pappasitos. I enjoyed the quick three min walk which was what I needed. It was nice and quiet, and the staff there is extremely friendly. I will definitely come back to this Hyatt Place at this location. Thank you!

Staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was a bit small compared to similar-priced hotels. The breakfast was ok, but not better than to similar-priced hotels.

This hotel is smaller than I expected, thus the rooms are a bit smaller compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast are is small and the food is ok, but not better than other hotels with same price. The staff was very friendly though. The location is good, not problems getting to it. There are many restaurants near by. Overall it was a good stay. Would it stay there again? Would probably have to say -- if I had not choice. I would probably pay a little extra to stay in Drury Inn near La Cantera where the rooms are bigger, breakfast better, private parking and excellent location. ...read more

The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly even when we arrived at 2am.
The fold out bed would be fine for kids but not for a teen or adult

The two restaurants on the same block were both good and reasonableSeafood and barbecue
