Cleaning people were wonderful and very helpful.
Everything was very nice, but we wish it would have been closer to the Plaza.

Rooms at this hotel were very clean, large, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There were many different types of eating places near the hotel, some in walking distance. There was also a mall in walking distance which was very convenient.

Customer service wasn't great.

The location is good if you have a car, and there is an excellent wifi connection. Customer service was lacking. TV signal failed and it took four visits to the front desk and two hours before they even gave me an explanation. They couldn't help with providing any suggestions of where to find a venue that might be showing the nba playoffs either, now that my TV wasn't working. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast foods. The eating area was immaculate and pleasant. The staff all were friendly and went beyond to help.
It was a little challenging to find the hotel and would have been helpful to give some landmark to look for like the Tire store where I was to have turned into the hotel driveway.

This appears to be a new hotel.It seemed fresh with modern decor and amenities.
I can't say that we disapproved of anything. In fact, had we the option to select the same hotel at the same price through Priceline, we would most certainly of stayed there on our return trip home.

A very sharp hotel in a great location, close to good restaurants and shopping. We did not really interact with the staff, but I'm sure they would be reflective of the rest of our experience there, which was great.
