Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 21, 2013

The parking lot was full. However, they had something worked out with a lot half a block away for half of what I would have paid at the property. The hotel restaurant, snack shop, and bar are located in the beautiful lobby, that really feels more like an atrium. If you want other quick dining options, there's a covered bridge that leads you to a fairly expansive food court (from PF Changs to Chik Fil A), which also connects you to Peachtree center, and other hotels. ...

The hotel was huge, perfect location, several attractions within walking distance, their gym was very nice, no complaints except for paying the parking fees.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff and valet service were so polite. There was one time I had to wait a little bit for my car, but that is kind of expected, there are over 1000 rooms in this hotel. The staff was always willing to answer a question and never looked at or treated me like a second class citizen. I loved that there was always something going on in the lobby, people talking, etc, the busyness is fun! Very well soundproofed rooms! ...

The hotel was wonderful and the decor was just amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the public parking was over priced and inconveniently around the corner. I think downtown Atlanta need to work on their parking issue. Needless to say I enjoyed my Mother's Day Stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
