Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

From the front desk attendant, to the guest services operator, this is a remarkably well run property. It's conveniently located, I got an awesome price on Priceline, and I would suggest this beautiful hotel for anyone looking to stay in Atlanta.

The parking lot was full. However, they had something worked out with a lot half a block away for half of what I would have paid at the property. The hotel restaurant, snack shop, and bar are located in the beautiful lobby, that really feels more like an atrium. If you want other quick dining options, there's a covered bridge that leads you to a fairly expansive food court (from PF Changs to Chik Fil A), which also connects you to Peachtree center, and other hotels. ...read more

Room was fine. My experience is jaded because the valet damaged my car.
They could have not damaged my car. $35 dollars a day to park and they hit something with my car. Very frustrated!

Until my car is fixed I'm going to be irritated with this hotel.

The hotel was fabulous. It was extremely convenient and in the perfect downtown location. The Peachtree Mall and the Marta was connected to the hotel. Everything was in walking distance. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!
The only thing i did not like was that you must pay $32 p/n for valet parking or pay $18 p/n for a garage down the street. Last, i hated that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room but there was a large variety of eateries in Peachtree Mall.

The hotel was huge, perfect location, several attractions within walking distance, their gym was very nice, no complaints except for paying the parking fees.

The staff was wonderful, it was a beautiful hotel, and great location.
I realize with it being such a large, downtown hotel, a continential breakfast is near impossible to do, it would be nice to not have to pay such a high price for breakfast food, but I understand it.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff and valet service were so polite. There was one time I had to wait a little bit for my car, but that is kind of expected, there are over 1000 rooms in this hotel. The staff was always willing to answer a question and never looked at or treated me like a second class citizen. I loved that there was always something going on in the lobby, people talking, etc, the busyness is fun! Very well soundproofed rooms! ...read more

The rooms were great, great location and great staff. I wish the wifi in my room worked or that I could even use my own wifi in my room, but I was able to use the wifi in the hotel lobby.

I liked the fact that even though the pool area was under construction, the hotel provided an alternative pool area.
The fact that this hotel did not offer Free WiFi for customers, which made me wonder what would happen if I was there on a business trip instead of a leisure trip.

The hotel was wonderful and the decor was just amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the public parking was over priced and inconveniently around the corner. I think downtown Atlanta need to work on their parking issue. Needless to say I enjoyed my Mother's Day Stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was impressed by the modern rooms, little things like "Welcome Jeff" on the television made me feel good. little things like illuminating the light switches and faucet. The location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Staff checked us in early.
No free movie channels like HBO, couldn't find any movie service either. and of course No wi-fi included.
