Great location, gorgeous rooms, extremely comfortable beds, friendly staff

Very friendly staff, offered free champagne at check in, pool is beautiful, the views are hard to beat. Walking distance to many places on Clearwater Beach. Incredibly comfortable beds, very clean. Great quality for the money spent. I would recommend asking for towels at the pool even if you brought your own. If you do not have the hotel pool towel, you will most likely be questioned if you are a guest at the hotel. ...read more

We had an amazing suite with two bathrooms and two televisions. The kitchenette was gorgeous as were the views. The elevators are super fast, and everywhere you look there are gorgeous views.

This is the best hotel choice in Clearwater Beach. The rooms are new, highly functional, and gorgeous. The views are spectacular - particularly from the rooftop hot tub.

Upon check in, the Hotel Staff upgraded me to a 2-Bedroom suite free of charge. It provided me with the best experience possible.
the resort fee for $25/night. Not sure why I had to pay a resort fee to include towel service. The towel service should've been included in the room rate.

I would stay there again.

the resort fee and some employees were less than hospitable.

We booked from priceline and bid on the 1 bedroom king suite listed at xxx. When we arrived we were given only the deluxe king room. Also, at checkout we were charged a $25/day resort fee. Not a pleasant experience.

Wish the price was up front have 25 dollar a day resort fee and 16 dollar parking fee included when you bid . Makes you feel like you got duped.

25 dollar a day resort fee 16 dollar a day parking on top of what you pay for room. A bit expensive but very nice.

They told me the water was going to be turned off at midnite to 5am, than 11am than noon than early aftetnnoon, i missed an important meeting, wasted a whole day! My daughter never shiwered before leaving on a plane, they gave us bottled water, please!!!

Do not tell me the water in the entire hotel will be shut off midnite till 5am finally went on after 7 pm no toilets no shower, and kept telling us oh we expect it at 11 noon 2pm it finally after we wasted the entire day in our room went on after7pm dirty toilets in lobby no shower snd i missed an important meeting what good is bottled water! Oh wait we are giving out beer and wine in the lobby! Who cares and wait i was told by management Well you did get this on Priceline!!! My daughter took no shower after working out and had to get on a plane! I called priceline and they told me i would have to deal with management! An awful ending to my vacation!! ...read more

Very big and luxurious hotel equipped with a beautiful outdoor pool, spa, and jacuzzi with free wi-fi and 24-hr gym. Great place to stay if you are away on business or pleasure, definitely need to stay more than one night to get the full experience right in the heart of Clearwater Beach's very own South Beach

The spa is wonderful. They have a great relaxation room with drinks and snacks. All of the services were excellent. The 16th floor sub deck is a great spot to relax too.
