The room was nice and it had a small balcony.
Not much to do in the area except shopping.

very nice hotel but it is kind of in a residential neighborhood. Not a bad area at all, but besides the miracle mile shopping area, not much else in activities. The pool is a good size and was very clean.

The staff was excellent, I lost my credit card and they found it and returned it to my room immediately. The room was perfect. and I had requested early check in and when I arrived I had my room ready!
not at all.

Excellent customer service. Cleanliness. & Room service was actually delicious!!

Great staff, e.g. Dania and Rebecca (front desk). Sauna and whirlpool were excellent.
Internet and printing pricing. Parking could be cheaper.

Coral Gables is a deal. The Miami Beach locations were prohibitively high. Staff was super as well as sauna and whirlpool.

Wonderful location
I wasnt aware of the parking fee of 18.00 was very disappointed about that.

Very clean hotel staff very friendly . Would love to stay here again.

The location was great and the rooms are large.
The housekeeping staff was negligent and room service arrived late and was terrible compared to the breakfast in the restaurant. Complaints to management were not addressed.

Priceline was a great value for this hotel and location. I would not have wanted to pay the hotels lowest available rate for the service we received. I would probably stay there again because of the location.

Location and staff were outstanding.room could use some updating, but was okay.
As said rooms could be updated, I had to unplug the minor to charge our phones.

Location is great.if it's not too hot, and we had great weather, you can walk to the restaurants on miracle mile. With a car, coconut grove and downtown are both close as well as south Miami. The hotel has a nice pool and a nice fitness center and the staff was very nice.great pick thanks to Priceline.
