Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Dallas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Always get the Hyatt on Priceline and we are always super impressed with the hotel. Very central to everything in downtown Dallas. The room has an Asian decor feel and is very classy. Overall 9/10 experience. It would of been a 10 if we could of gotten a King bed. Not a deal breaker though. We usually stay at this hotel or Le Meridien by the Galleria. Both are top notch.

Family Traveling with Young Children
xxx from my card without my know
I DID NOT like my stay that entire weekend. Being in that particular spot of Downtown Dallas, I expected more of things to do on the weekend that were close by. Instead we had to travel so far in order to have any fun. On top of that, I was highly upset that I had to pay for the room, which was
xxx for the weekend, but they took away
xxx (unknown to me)!!!! Claim it was for insurance and other expenses if we wanted to use them! But at least warn me before taking money away from me. I did not appreciate the food pricing and the fact I had to take 22 floors down to a microwave to warm food. The channels on the TV was not up to my expectations, since we were in a SUPPOSED 4-star hotel. I did not appreciate that they were almost 10 different news channels, limited cartoon channels (since I had my daughter with me and it only had 1 channel of cartoons), and about 5 different ESPN channels. That particular hotel is only useful for business and sporting events. I would NEVER recommend this hotel for anything other than those 2 things listed. Please do not expect to come back and stay here ever again! ...
