The best part about this five star hotel was the hospitality. The staff were friendly and ensured all of my needs were addressed. They all spoke perfect English and this was definitely the best. Room was also designed nicely, but a bit smaller than i expe
The shower was not washed as i had found a lid to a shampoo bottle from the previous hotel user. This definitely indicates poor hygiene of cleaning staff. This definitely unacceptable for a five star hotel.

Hotel reception set the standard on my entire trip. Not only was reception staff hospitable, but they were cheerful and jovial. Greeters at the door were exceptionally helpful and able to answer all my questions in English. While entering the hotel, security checked the car for bombs. I am skeptical as they did not use a portable mirror to check the bottom of the vehicle, as the other hotels did. If they're checking for bombs, how do they find it without canines? I definitely would stay at this hotel again; however, the price should be lower than what i paid on New Years Eve. ...read more
