Room was really clean and spacious. However there was no free wifi which is a necessity Staff was not helpful, it was really inconvenient go get in and out of the airport I forgot to get the ticket stamped so had to pay $20.00
Parking was totally a nightmsre

Plz make sure you give plenty of time for parking and leaving the hotel Leave margin of at least 30-40 minutes Overall rooms and the hotel is excellent

The inside of the hotel like the lobby and rooms are very nice. There was a great pool and workout room.
I bid for this and I got a 4 star but no one really wants to stay in the DFW airport. Being inside an airport of vacation is kind of a drag. I was also surprised that there were no mini-frigs in the rooms. Also, for 4 stars I expected a bit bigger rooms.

Its a four star so it has restaurant, pool, weight room, etc, but it just isn't much fun staying at the airport. Rooms were not very big either.

Hotel was amazing it was clean,staff was friendly and helpful!
You could here the airplanes coming and going! But wasn't unbearable!

Very nice hotelGreat place to be if you flying out of DFW airport!

The location is a big bonus and the shuttle service is wonderful service. Also the hotel is extremely clean, nice and helpful staff.
Nothing. I liked everything.

This is nice upscale hotel. The renovation is fabulous. Location is so convenient . Staff was helpful in catching shuttle and suggesting time to catch shuttle in order to have plenty of time and flight boards in lobby a good tool as well.
