Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Greenville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

wonderful location and amenities.
It was a little difficult to locate the area to check in and traffic was slow so driving around took a long time; we ended up parking and walking to locate the front entrance.

Loved the location; not really a place for small children, but great for seeing the City.

great remodel nearly completed. only improvements I would make are indoor pool and hottub; also mini-fridge in the room would be nice. Those things aside a really nice luxury hotel experience at a great price
having to pay $9.99 for wifi access daily - it'd be cool if that were free.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful.
There should have been more of an explanation of the construction.

Had I been on a vacation or recreational visit, I would have demanded my money back! Literally the major parts of the hotel was under super renovations! My husband is in the construction business and this was ridiculous and almost hazardous! There was a very small path to the front desk, which was a make shift area and tall walls surrounding it, attempting to hide the entire atrium with scaffolding and nets everywhere trying to keep any debris from falling into the path! Also, I was sneezing and coughing, as soon as I entered the building because of all the construction dust in the air! Please beware of any place saying under construction! ...read more

Very nice room.
Currently the lobby and entrance is under construction, making it hard to find out how to get in. Presumably tthis will resolve in time.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Inconvenience of construction. Having to pay for internet and parking.

Would not stay here until the construction is done. Also need to consider additional cost of internet, parking and breakfast when compared to other hotels/motels.

Staff was professional, room very nice.
It was under major construction. You basically had to stay in your room. No lobby.

The room was recently renovated. It was lovely. The staff very friendly. The hotel is located in a wonderful area of downtown. I am not sure I would have stayed here however, if I had known how torn up the hotel was. Fortunately, we could not hear all the noise from the construction workers while in our rooms. But the lobby, floors and all of outside were just a mess. I normally would sit in a lobby of a 3 star hotel but had no desire to listen to all the banging and machines going. ...read more

The room was clean and well decorated.
In a total renovation. Parking was a nightmare. No meals included in the cost. Loud noises from workers all day.

Nice folks, clean rooms. In the midst of a total renovation at this time. It will be spectacular when completed! But for now, it is a noisy place to rest during the day.

The location of this hotel to downtown amenities is outstanding.
The current construction made being in the room during the day very uncomfortable because of noise.
