Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Irvine

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable.
The parking was very expensive. $18 per night!!! And someone tried to steel my bike but stole parts from it instead.

The room was less than expected for a four star hotel. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. I'm glad I did not pay full price for this hotel. Thank you priceline!

The location is right by the freeway and easy to access. There are various places to eat near by and has place to buy groceries. The place was clean and neat. The room was welcoming.
Don't like to pay for parking or internet.

This particular hotel you can get doing last minute requests.

The hotel was great clean nice place to stay.
I don't like that they charge you $25 to park a car over night.

Convenient location, free airport shuttle and friendly staff

Room service very expensive at hotel, suggest going downstairs to cafe for breakfast and happy hour has reasonably priced appetizers.

The staff was awesome, the location was perfect, and I loved all the amenities! This hotel has everything you need plus lots of stuff you forgot to bring. Very clean, quiet. Very close to stores and shopping and activities.
I wish I'd have known there were a HUGE group of kids also staying the weekend. I might have chosen another hotel. The noise level at times was annoying as was navigating the lobby areas and elevators with all the kids everywhere, and parking always full

The hotel is in the heart of the city, with endless places to shop and things to do and see. The hotel has free loaner bicycles to ride, and the airport is just far enough away as not to disturb the quiet. The freeway is close too so it's a convenient location. Lots of food choices on site and restaurants close by. Great place, great service and the price was great too. It is a 4 star hotel ...read more

The hotel is very nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Leslie at the front desk and Justin in the lounge. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant food is fabulous. We ate dinner and breakfast. I suggest the Sea Bass.
No complaints.

The Hotel is located near major freeways and easy car trips to Angels baseball games, Disneyland, Orange County airport and local beaches. The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant food is outstanding and well-priced. I recommend for a quick weekend getaway you can't get better than this 4-star hotel in the Orange County or Los Angeles County areas. ...read more

Truly, the staff was good enough that they almost made up for the nasty, little crummy room. They were attentive, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and more, A+!
Oh, definitely room was nasty, windows with view were so dirty. I was happy to admit I had chosen this hotel until we got up to the room, then I was embarrassed. I think I will not choose a Hyatt again!

Location
Noisy, crowded

Staff lied to me and said they gave me a free upgrade. Turned out it was a handi-cap accessible room.
