They need to clean the rim of the toilet bowl. Not good.

The location was perfect and the out side bell person knows his job and the area very entertaining person. Love the location. Remember me at this location. Thank.

The location was great and the staff was helpful
The food and drinks were expensive. 2 bottles of water were ten dollars at the gift shop and coffee at the bar was nineteen dollars.

The location of this hotel was incredible! In the heart of downtown with a wonderful view of the riverfront. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.
I was not expecting the $15.00 a day for parking. Also the room does not come with a microwave and mini frig. I was told that I could request both for a fee of $20.00 for my entire stay...it was my last night.

Have extra money for parking as well as microwave and refrigerator.

The staff were wonderful,friendly and helpful. The manager gave us directions to local places to go on the river walk.
The room was a little dated, but the view of the river and skyline was great.

I would book this hotel again. If you travel to jacksonville, this is place to stay.

Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom roomy, and the view was great.
Breakfast choices somewhat pricey but good. Buffet probably the best value but you need a healthy appetite.

Very nice hotel. Location provides access to a lovely walk along the river walk. The parking garage access to the hotel is very convenient. All staff from check-in to room attendants are very friendly and courteous. Great Hotel. Will definitely recommend it.

Hotel is in great location. Staff was very polite. Have stayed at all of the downtown hotels in Jacksonville at one time or another, and this was hands down the best in every category.

Beautiful place. Can't say enough. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at....

fleece you on internet service.

Parking is limited and costly. If you are staying on the weekend you park next door at the court house parking for free. Locale is excellent and the river views are amazing as is the open air heated pool on the 19th floor. Loved this hotel.

Location,location, location
There seem to be more homeless people outside on the riverwalk each time we come. Not directly in front of hotel but between there and the Moran theater and between hotel and Berkman plaza walk.
