Hotel room had a separation wall between bed
and bath which was nice. Location is unbeatable.
Some tiles in the pool need repair.

Unbeatable location, staff was so friendly which one doesn't seem to find much anymore. Room updates are clean and fresh, making this a location to return to again and again.

The parking is expensive, so expect to factor in an extra $20 per day in cost.

The Hyatt exceeded my expectations on every level. I have been using Priceline for well over 10 years and while I love priceline I am never surprised to be put in the less desirable rooms, especially when staying at very expensive resorts. The Hyatt gave me a room with a beautiful ocean view in a recently renovated suite. It was so nice I felt like I won the lottery. The staff was helpful, especially the parking manager. ...read more

The view and location are amazing as well as the staff.

Modern, clean, upscale room. View of the bay definitely worth the upgrade. Wonderful hotel staff, (especially staff at the front desk).

The renovated rooms are awesome especially if you can get a water view room.
With all the millions of dollars spent on renovation, there is no HD stations? Kidding me, right?

The rooms are very modern and upbeat after the renovation. If you can get a harbor view is worth the money! The parking garage is easy to get in and out of and close to the hotel lobby. I would love to come back here again. Please upgrade your TV stations to HD!

The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Great view. Comfortable rooms.
Newly renovated rooms smelt strongly of carpet glue. I wasn't.

No mini fridge and having to pay for internet access in your room.

The hotel was in the final stages of a remodel. The rooms did not have a mini fridge. Wi-fi was only free in the lobby. On the plus side, the hotel is in walking distance to everything (bars, restaurants, aquarium, shopping, etc...
