Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 16, 2013

Family Traveling with Young Children
My family and I picked this resort for a short, local family vacation. During our stay, my youngest nephew was separated from the group and became lost after turning in his bicycle rental. As soon as our family discovered his disappearance, we scoured the entire resort, alerting every resort staff member we could find. After an hour of searching security let us know that someone from the hotel had let him back into the hotel room. We are greatful that he was safe but furious with the hotel staff for not following resort protocol and letting a lost child into his hotel room without evening making an attempt to locate any of his family members. Needless to say, this ruined the stay for my family. As a result, we did not eat dinner until nearly 9PM and missed out on the fire-roasted smores. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Beautiful, carefree place to stay with the kids and a dog. It would be preferable to go when it is warmer (we went in Nov.) since the pool and lazy river would be more comfortable. Kids loved Lost Pines.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Great for a family with younger children or family that plays golf. I am not sure if teenage kids would have fun. My young ones liked the pool and the movies on the lawn.

They upgraded us to a suite. We had a wonderful time. We got a couples massage at the spa, floated the "lazy river," had a nice dinner, and then made smores by the fire pit. We happened to be there at the same time as a 1932 "deuce" show and were able to see quite a few 1932 classic cars parked near the pool.
