Room size and amenties were poor vs price
Rooms are small for the rate. Extra charge for parking and wifi. Doors are quite loud (hope no one goes in or out one door down while you are trying to sleep). Great location, can walk to a number of great locations.

It was clean.
On the website for the hotel people had made comments about not having to pay for parking but in the end I had to. The walls of the rooms are very thin and we could hear everything going on outside in the lobby and around the hotel- vacuuming around 4am!
Parking is $10 so expect to pay for that Expect to hear everything going on in the lobby- walls are very thin. Rooms are nice and clean though.

THe front desk staff and bartenders were very pleasant and friendly.

The restaurant/bar was a very pleasant surprise, very good bourbon selection and the food was much better than I expected! Location of the hotel is very convenient to all downtown activities.

The room was huge.
The only real trouble we experience was that fact that the race, mini marathon, was going on Saturday morning so all the roads were blocked off and it was a trick trying to get out of downtown.
