Everything other than location and staff.

The rooms are dirty and they smell bad. First things you notice when you walk into the room are the stained carpets and the overbearing smell. Get on to the bed and you will find torn bedsheets. When i called the front desk and pointed these things out they changed my room and refunded my parking fee of 31 dollars a night. It is no way a four star hotel. I would rather stay at a motell. Atleast the motel would provide me the same quality room at half the price. My worst hotel stay ever through priceline. ...read more

Great location for people leaving for a cruise from the Miami Port. Short walk to Bayside or you can take the free "trolley train" to get around this area of Miami.

Nice, quaility hotel. Great staff.
Just wasn't as family oriented. It wasn't the hotel's fault but the club across the street was loud and we were on the 22nd floor.

The hotel is old... It isn't a 4 star hotel compared to the Hyatt in coral gables wich is much more nicer.

Compared to other Hyatt hotels, this is a 3 star hotel and Priceline rated it with 4 stars. It's a good hotel, but not the best. I will recommend it only for a business trip

Restaurant, easy check in and out and good staff. Karla and Ana at front desk for sure knows how to be proactive and anticipated my needs.
Good rooms, somewhat short of expectations for a Hyatt, small flat screen with few HD channels, mattresses felt old and bumpy. The pool and gym for sure were not up to par, small crowded for a hotel with that many rooms/floors.

Beware of parking rates even for hotel registered guests. If you are Hyatt member you can avoid internet charge in room. Gym is small and crowded. Pool has sun for some hours during day. Staff is great, location is great for walking to places. AC worked great in hot Miami weather. Good sound barrier between rooms.
