Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great room, excellent location, good restaurant. Staff was accommodating and polite.

This is an ideal hotel if you are visiting Rutgers University, New Brunswick campus.

Great location, walking distance to nice shops and restaurants in the New Brunswick area
Parking garage is a little pricey

Pleasant professional staff, comfy bed.
Charge for parking and wifi; breakfast buffet should be free (not awesome, and Priceline booking doesn't let you add it so it's $18)

Overall it was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable and due to the pleasant check-in person, we got a quiet room facing the parking lot instead of the highway. Next time we will walk over to Old Man Raferty's for breakfast.

Everything was beyond what I expected from location , staff, hotel , and price. I'd definately and always use Priceline to book my stays and flights in the future. Thank you!
Everything was great , not one complaint.

The hotel was terrific! At one part of the evening my girlfriend complained to me about being cold. I noticed the thermostat was in cooling (usually happens after the system has ran too long), I simply called the front desk and the women sent the maintenance engineer to our room within 5 mins sharp with a portable heater. He explained what was happening (which I stated earlier) and apologized for any inconvenience and if there was anything else we needed just make a call and he'd be up right away . The hotel was packed with all kinds of events and people which made me feel I was In an important place. It was clean , luxurious , and dimly lit. We loved it!!' I liked being close to the comedy club. No drinking and driving.
The parking fee is a little ridiculous.

The staff is excellent. Very helpful. I also enjoyed the lounge. A lot of private areas for dates. I liked how the security was there immediately when there was a patron who had too much to drink and politely removed him without incident. My only complaint was the parking price should be included with stay.

Great - nice and clean, close to everything.

Hotel was really nice - convenient to the University, train station and downtown. I'd highly recommend it!

The staff is well trained and very courteous in making the stay pleasurable.
That there would be diverse groups of college, high school and other guests staying at the hotel. Had an issue with the ventilation on the floors. But, it was addressed by the staff and manager, who are very professional.

It is well located in the downtown area. Nice amenities and staff, who will welcome you to the property.m

Location was perfect to walk to restaraunts and to get on/off highway.
Room on highway side was noisy at night

Clean, comfortable room and hotel in great location. Plenty of space. The pool was not heated when we were there...should have had that on the website before we booked and/or told at check-in since this was one of the reasons we chose this location.

I liked that the room was clean and there was a lot of resturaunts avialable in the area.
I thought it was a high price to park. I will use the public garage next time. God its only parking.

Its a good place for a one night stay. The parking price is a joke.

Location
Balcony had a bad smell and no view

The staff was great. the location, ideal. My only concern is that we asked for a cab to take us to a restaurant that turned out to be right around the corner from the hotel. No one at the desk told us how close it was it was and we had to pay $6.00. I'd definitely stay again. I also liked the bar area. The food was very good.
