Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

Overall it was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable and due to the pleasant check-in person, we got a quiet room facing the parking lot instead of the highway. Next time we will walk over to Old Man Raferty's for breakfast.

The hotel was terrific! At one part of the evening my girlfriend complained to me about being cold. I noticed the thermostat was in cooling (usually happens after the system has ran too long), I simply called the front desk and the women sent the maintenance engineer to our room within 5 mins sharp with a portable heater. He explained what was happening (which I stated earlier) and apologized for any inconvenience and if there was anything else we needed just make a call and he'd be up right away . The hotel was packed with all kinds of events and people which made me feel I was In an important place. It was clean , luxurious , and dimly lit. We loved it!!' Thank you Priceline & Hyatt of New Brunswick NJ! ...

The staff is excellent. Very helpful. I also enjoyed the lounge. A lot of private areas for dates. I liked how the security was there immediately when there was a patron who had too much to drink and politely removed him without incident. My only complaint was the parking price should be included with stay.

Clean, comfortable room and hotel in great location. Plenty of space. The pool was not heated when we were there...should have had that on the website before we booked and/or told at check-in since this was one of the reasons we chose this location.

The staff was great. the location, ideal. My only concern is that we asked for a cab to take us to a restaurant that turned out to be right around the corner from the hotel. No one at the desk told us how close it was it was and we had to pay $6.00. I'd definitely stay again. I also liked the bar area. The food was very good.
