The staff and the location. Shopping and public transportation is within minutes of the hotel. There are restaurants, post office and foreighn exchange money stores all within a five minute walk from the hotel

Spacious rooms.
Paying to park was outrageously expensive.
The hotel was very conveniently located. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious, even for my 6'5" spouse. The lobby and common areas were very nice as well, but the hallways were very sparse-I would prefer this arrangement rather than fancy hallways and uncomfortable rooms, but the hallways were noticeably cold.

Simple, but nice; great breakfast - professional staff.
Somewhat behind the time - needs some updating in rooms.
Pleasant hotel. Great staff. Could use some updating in the hotel rooms. Breakfast, while a bit pricey was very good and worth the money. Reasonable exercise room -- better than many places I've stayed. However, for the base cost of the hotel.
