Excellent location for downtown fun.
The charge for parking was really too much.
Again, the location is gorgeous and convenient. The noise level was acceptable considering the location. The parking was steep at $22, and we were there less than 12 hours. However the valet staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was average. Most of the staff was friendly.
I wish I knew about the valet parking charge which was more than what I expected for a small touristy town.
Hotel was good, most of the staff was friendly. The check in clerk was good but definately was biased as to which room to offer as the booking was done through Priceline.

It is like a lot of hyatts; great amenities but little in the way of charm. Room is an average room for all holiday inn, Hampton inn, marriot type hotels but not better. Location is FANTASTIC. It is the best location in a great city.

Expect a superb location, average room, expensive extras (parking, internet.) If you like Hyatts then this one can be had for very cheap when you bid, if not then it is overpriced.

$22.00 a night to park the car. Room was old, bathroom had either black dirt or mold in tub. I told them at checkout and the woman acted like she could care less.
Location was great, cost to park car was $22.00 a night. room was not what you would expect at a Hyatt. Bathroom very small and what appeared to be mold on bath tub walls. Told them at check out and the lady acted like she could care less.

Location is great! The hotel is located on the river & in the historic district.
Make sure you use the elevator that lets put right on Rivet Street. Very convenient!
