Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Palm Springs

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Room was spacious and view was beautiful.
Found two huge live roaches in room which made it hard to sleep wondering if more would come out. Also had lots of hairs and dust in room on coffee cup lids, in ice bucket and floors. Called front desk and they brought wrong thing and lady was also rude.

Overall okay but had some negatives. Felt like we got old room that had not been cleaned well. Wonder if they always give priceline customers their worst?

Nothing
There are a hidden resort charge $17 and a parking fee $15. The room is overbooked and the customer service is terrible. The staff are not helpful at all.

"Resort fee" seems very dishonest; it increases what we agreed to pay

The hotel is nice, the room was nice, but the bed we not all that comfortable. Seems like a hard mattress with a soft pad over it, but neither my wife nor I slept as well as we expected to.

The room was very nice.
The pool was not appropriate for kids, there were out of hand drunk people drinking and swearing in the pool.

The hotel was nice, the staff at the desk was not very accommodating. I asked if there were any rooms with two double beds and the person said no without even checking. The hotel was clearly not full of guests. I brought my two young kids to the pool around 5:00 in the late afternoon, and was very uncomfortable with the pool side alcohol service. Some of the guest were not talking appropriately and were clrarly drunk in the pool. We did not find that part very relaxing and enjoyable. ...read more

Good breakfast and a nice room.
The price is too much, because they charged us extra $15.00 for the internet.
