Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Toronto
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(20) | Solo Traveler(11) | Traveling as Couple(57) | Family with Young Children(13) | Family with Teens(5) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(19)

Clean, modern, updated room. Friendly, helpful staff.
No, everything was as expected with the hotel. One thing though, the Starbucks attached to the hotel is the dirtiest one I have ever been in, and the Starbucks staff the most unfriendly I have ever met. Is this a Toronto thing?
Excellent overall and recommended, especially for business travellers.

Location
Rooms were dated and no place to unpack close (no dresser with drawers). Bed mattresses need to be changed.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel 3 at the most.

At a four-star hotel, it's ridiculous to charge $14.95/day for sub-standard Internet access.

The location is next to the theatre district, Skydome and shopping.
Thin walls.
For two nights, I had very noisy neighbours. I advised the front desk and they responded by speaking to them. Despite their efforts, the noise continued and a second call was made. The hotel offers a separate area for people who want to party at late hours. I do not know why the hotel staff did not advise these people to use that area. At checkout, there was not accommodation for these disturbances. ...

The location was great and the hotel overall is updated and new on the inside.
The service was slow. Had to call 3 times for more towels...it took about 2 hours to get them.
