location, lack of information upon arrival (was told about the free wifi when checking out instead of upon arrival so we did not use it)

Hotel is fine, location is poor. Surrounding areas are dirty and stinky and so much trash in the ocean that the hotel overlooks

front desk was inefficient and not at all helpful. Front desk staff were not very helpful.

Nice hotel. Located close to the ferry to Tobago which was great but not near any decent restaurants. Front desk was not very helpful. My wife had forgotten here Hyatt card and had asked the front desk to look it up. It several trips to the front desk before someone looked it up and then gave us the wrong number. Never happend at a Hyatt in America. Also, you cannot make collect calls to the states even to a credit card company. The operator was extremely curt and not helpful at all. They charged us for outgoing calls even though we never connected to the other party and there was a busy tone. Rest of the staff were great. ...read more

public spaces were beautiful - ocean view room was very comfortable
very slow service at the coffee shop next to the restaurant

this is a beautiful hotel; the bed is extremely comfortable; the shower is in the middle of the room which is a bit weird, and the toilet has a glass door so not exactly private.

Location, and wonderful water and city views.
Room was dirty, hairs on floors, rugs not vacuumed, bathtub was dirty, no bags in trash bins..

Location great, staff wonderful, restaurant was very pricey. Very displeased with dirty room and poor internet service

V friendly staff, room was excellent, service was great V nice facility.
Cannot say we disliked anything, we were made to feel v welcome.

Unexpected Gem in the heart of POS. Water view was v nice. Excellent service. Room was very clean and well layed out, shower was a nice touch. We will Definitely stay on our next visit to POS.
