Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Villahermosa
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 13, 2007

Good location, not far from many of the locations I went to be near too. None of the staff had very much English, so go prepared with a bilingual friend, or a very good Spanish/English Dictionary. High speed Internet was available, but cost 150 Pesos for 24 hours of connection. Like the power, no instructions on use were available, I had to figure it out myself (Plug in, get DHCP lease, start Web Browser, attempt to go to any web site, then follow instructions). The electrical power arrangement was so unusual I had to go back to the front desk to get instructions (put your key card into the slot in lighted box on the wall to turn on electrical power for the room). When I got the power on, I really disliked the lighting and how it was controlled in my room. Some of the lamps I never did figure out. Don't forget to retrieve your key card when you leave the room! Final note: if you depend on the clock/radio in your room for time and morning alarms, buy a fresh nine volt battery to put into the clock so you don't have to reset it every time you turn the power back on. ...
