Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort And Spa
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.December 26, 2012

Hotel made 3 errors during my stay, one error Front Desk staff tried to fix. Other two, were not. I didn't want to complain further since they attempted to fix the first mistake, but to be honest 3 mistakes means I'll never go back there or recommend it to anyone, especially at that price point. Holiday Inn is a safer bet.

heated toilet seats. Atrium Mall.
Nice central location. Close to upscale shopping & restaurants.

Nice location but the rooms were eh, seemed a little bit outdated for my taste. The elevators are really slow, extremely annoying. Overall, I had a decent stay, nothing exceptional. Probably would be more worth it to stay somewhere cheaper.

The surprise extra fee looks like a great way for the Hyatt to be compared with cheaper hotels when it comes down to the bidding process. I feel that this is sneaky and underhanded.

This hotel was huge and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel with it's shops and food takes up a whole block. Really loved it!

Charged a resort fee for things I would expect from a 4 star resort. Internet then did not work without calling IT.

We were treated really great at this hotel. We got an upgrade and our room was perfectly overlooking the ocean, very clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable.
