It was clean.
Yes, I thought this Hyatt was the one we had stayed in 4 weeks prior. That particular Hyatt was wonderful. This one by comparison was like a Motel 6.
The staff was rude and nonhelpful. I had a package that I needed to send Federal Express and it wasn't available at this Hyatt location. This hotel was horrible.

Hotel was clean.
The room remote did not funtion well. My main issue was with this supposed perks of staying in a nice hotel. Nothing is free. I was especially annoyed that even the business center was pay for use of the internet.
Overall this hotel had nothing to set it apart. I just wished that it could have had some of the perksthat its lower star versions of hyatt have. Specifically, there should be free use of business center. And the telivisions should work more smoothly.

Have stayed numerous times--appreciate the location/convenience, free parking, intimacy of a smaller facility, large rooms, efficient staff, friendly bar.
A pool with a hot tub would be nice (although when we have stayed we haven't had time...but if we did...)

There should not be a charge for WIFI. Everyone has free WIFI now. That would prevent me from staying for more than one night.

Great rooms and staff. Free parking. The front staff remembered my name and very concientiuos.
Lacking a pool
Clean, quiet and excellent beds but the pillows could be upgraded. Coffee in the room was for only one cup.

luxury hotel (feels like at least 4 stars), clean room, public seating areas are nice
Wifi is not free! Cost is $10 a day. I find this ridiculous considering many hotels (3 stars are below) offer free wifi.
Overall a good experience at this hotel. Stayed 10 nights here visiting friends in Chicago. Good location, close to O'haire airport, the convention center, supermarkets and shopping malls and about 25 minutes from downtown Chicago. Room was clean and overall hotel met my expectations for 3.5 stars.
