The room was beautuful n the staff was great..... Breakfast was good also!.... Overall I give it a 10.... N I will stay there next month when I go back to Dallas Texas !...

We loved the decor in the room and how it was setup and all the room we had in it. The full kitchen was a plus and the flat screen T.V's were awesome!
There was nothing that we did not like.

It was like having a 1 bedroom apartment fully furnished with nice furniture. It really makes it feel like home.

It was nice to have a suite that was larger than the standard hotel room. It was extremely clean and quiet - the mattress was wonderful.

We needed to find a hotel fairly quickly to attend a memorial service. This was more than we expected - great employees, great breakfast, centrally located for what we needed. Loved having a suite with more room to move around.

The room had a lot of space, very clean, breakfast was good and the location was great.
The bathroom tub kept flooding when you take a shower.

This was our fist time staying at Hyatt and to be honest with you. They exceeded our expectations. All the rooms are suites that come with a living room, dining table, full kitchen with a full refrigerator. The suite was very spacious and very clean. Great for everyone including a family with kids.

Very spacious, good customer service, great breakfast and extra clean room...
The only thing I didn't like was staying on the third floor. I have a baby and it's hard carrying up stairs.

Bathroom door handle, mold top of tub, bedroom door wouldn't open all the way. Cause of bed.
