Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt House Dallas/Las Colinas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Nice clean hotel in a great location. Free WiFi which is very important to me. Full kitchenette furnished with dishes. Enjoyable stay.

The hotel room was quite elegant in its decor. The bedding was attractive and very comfortable. It had a kitchen that would have been great if you were staying a few days with a family. Not sure whose fault it was, but the room had a king and queen bed, but it only had 2 queens (we weren't sure if our kids would be with us or having sleepovers, which they did). My husband and I are large people and cannot sleep comfortably together in a queen bed. It was disappointing to be in such a nice environment and not be able to sleep with my husband. Called the desk, but they acted it like it wasn't their fault, and they didn't really care. They offered to change rooms for us in the morning, but we had a very early business meeting, so that wasn't convenient. By the time we returned it was evening, and I was ill, so not worth the bother. Fell asleep in my husband's bed that evening had to move back to the other because it was way too mushy hurt my back. My husband was unimpressed with the breakfast buffet said the eggs were runny (I didn't go), the sofa in living area hard, uncomfortable, and some hair left in the shower still there after the room was cleaned the next day. ...

The name of the hotel hasn't been changed on the sign, which made a little difficult to find. However, the upgrade to a better room, made that frustration go away. The room was very nice, and my family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
