Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown

I really can't think of anything good to say about this hotel I really had in my head this is great but I didnt like anything but the view and that's really sad .

This hotel is just outside of downtown, perfect location if you are attending events in that area or north Dallas/Oaklawn/Market Center area. The pool was not heated as advertised but a few brave kids, including my daughter, braved the cooler temps. The hot tub was not the best or the cleanest I've ever been in. This hotel is the perfect spot if you are attending an event at American Airlines Center. It's an easy,safe walk and you don't have to pay for parking. We stay here when our favorite team makes a road trip to play the Stars. The hotel has super comfy beds and pillows (my mom even took the case off to see what the pillow's brand was)! It's decent, clean and breakfast isn't too bad either. One thing to keep in mind though- we booked through Priceline to get the benefit of free parking at the hotel. When checking out they tried to charge us for it. I showed my confirmation and the staff took care of it but they stated that the free parking didn't come through when the reservation was made. hotel was great, customer service great, shuttle service was outstanding. Will recommend hotel and hopefully will get to stay here again!

Room was larger than expected. With Dallas being a larger city I really didnt expect most shops in the area to close down around 10:30. If you're looking for a late night snack you're going to need to travel out of the downtown area.

Once again a great place to stay. The front staff and the shuttle driver were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were pretty clean and the shuttle was a great service. If it's within reason you can be dropped off pretty much anywhere. Would most def stay here again.

Close to zoo, natural science museum, and Dallas Aquarium - our kids were with us.
