Ibis World Trade Centre

I was supposed to be given a room at 12.00 PM on the day of my arrival and I was denied a room as the check in time is now changed to 3.00 PM which was never communicated to me, even though I verified with manager before I left on vacation to Paris. After argument and escalation I was given a room which was already occupied and I was suggested to leave my baggage in a store room and go around the city with my wife and kid and see if I can get a room sometime in the evening, which was again not guaranteed. I had to fight back saying I came with family and I need a room to relax a bit as we were all tired after our flight journey. On the second day they have suggested me to buy city tour, which I have bought at 11.30AM, not being informed that the tour would end by 2.30 PM being weekend. ...read more

I would definitely recommend travelers to go to Ibis Hotel in Dubai. The price is very affordable with the best service that the hotel can provide to the customer. The hotel is located in the best part of the town. Especially for those travelers who want to explore the town is to rent a car and enjoy driving in different parts of town.

The hotel was good for the standard. Price for internet was ridiculous. The rooms were fine with the blackout screen for the window excellent. Loved the showergel in the shower and staff was very plesant .
