Great views, rooms are very nice and comfortable, property is well kept and attractive. Local area bars and restaurants are fun and within 1 block. Beach is 2 block walk. Water taxi comes to hotel or 2 block walk to pick up.

The Intracoastal view is better than the ocean view which also overlooks the parking lot and shopping area.

I arrived at lunchtime and the very pleasant lady at check in moved some things around and found me a room ready on the 8th floor. I had a beautiful king suite with a super comfy bed, kitchen with full sized fridge and all the usual amenities you'd expect at a good hotel. I had their burger from room service that night which was excellent. Although not on the beach there were ocean views from the balcony and I watched a beautiful sunrise before breakfast. The parking lot across the street has 3 hour meters (25c for 30 mins) and is free between 6pm and 8am so as long as you head down at 7:55am and feed the meter the cost of parking is minimal (at 8:01 I'm told they start issuing $135 tickets!!). All of the staff were very pleasant, greeting everyone they saw as they do at places like the Ritz and Four Seasons, holding open doors and elevators and just generally paying attention to every guest. The room was a studio suite with a great balcony and view of the Intercoastal Waterway. I will stay again.

Nice hotel to stay at the Fort Lauderdale Beach area, it is four blocks away from the beach. We arrive late at night and were happy to be attended by the staff taking care of our stuffs and doing a fast check in. I recommended it!

Overall a good experience for the price. Little bit noisy by the poolside as the main a/c units for the property are also located there & there was very loud construction underway on the property next door.

I loved this hotel. It was affordable, private, clean and very upscale. The staff were warm and very accommodating. I was pleasantly pleased upon arrival and truly wish I could have stayed longer. I have not had such an enjoyable stay in a very long time. I hope to return soon. The room itself was outstanding as was the private balcony.
