Small but nice pool and hottub. Location and view of Intracoastal was beautiful.
They charged us for parking although we did not use the lot at all. Charges were removed from bill by request. Area surrounding the hotel was not nice. Not really walking distance to beach, had to drive to metered parking near beach.
The Intracoastal view is better than the ocean view which also overlooks the parking lot and shopping area.

Front desk exceptionally helpful.
Carpet on the 7th floor needs to be cleaned.
Overall a good experience for the price. Little bit noisy by the poolside as the main a/c units for the property are also located there & there was very loud construction underway on the property next door.

The bed was comfortable and nice view of the ocean from the 10th floor.
Location not on the beach front and pool always in the shade on the ugly side of the hotel.
