Hotel Guest Reviews of the Imperial Park Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 5, 2010

We start traveling from Chile to all the way to Punta Arena - Puerto Natales, Bariloche to Buenos Aires, we used 5 different hotels and this hotel was the best, very nice, modern, clean, close to all the best parts of Buenos Aires. The staff help us a lot with our travel needs.

After staying there, even though the rooms are small, I loved it there. The staff was so helpful, friendly and genuine.

This is a two star hotel with tiny rooms.
I ended up not staying there, but renting another hotel. Staff would not help me with my extra guest.

Friendly. It's possible to know the city just walking - very well located. Even located in the noisiest avenue ever, we didn't hear any single sound.

The staff was unpleasant, the food in the breakfast buffet was cold and not fresh, the hot water did not work one night (and wasn't fixed until 10 hours later), bathroom floor was peeling and cracked, metal hanger on light in room, dust and spider webs in the corner. Avoid this place.
